Does Mac Mirror record or upload my video?
No. The camera feed is shown on screen and nowhere else. Nothing is saved, recorded or sent over the internet.
Is the camera always on?
No. It only runs while the mirror is open. It warms up for a split second while you hover, so the mirror opens instantly.

Any Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.
macOS says it can’t open Mac Mirror. What do I do?
Mac Mirror is sold directly, not through the App Store, so macOS asks you to confirm it the first time. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Mac Mirror. You only need to do this once. Step-by-step guide.
How do I unlock it after buying?
Your license key arrives by email right after checkout. Open Mac Mirror → Settings → License, paste it in, and you're done.

Does holding ⌘ interfere with shortcuts like ⌘C?
